You agree and understand that Shoppy Nepal is an internet all in one platform for buying brand new product which will be delivered to you as per your provided address And shoppy nepal is internet classified for the purpose of buying and selling used items. Violations by User

You agree to inform Shoppy Nepal’s moderators, if you come across any listing or posting that is unlawful, offensive or violates our Terms, Ad posting rule or infringes any intellectual property rights by clicking on ‘Report Ad’ link to enable us to keep the site working efficiently and in a safe manner.
We reserve the right to take down any of such posting, listing or information and or limit or terminate our services and further take all reasonable technical and legal steps to prevent the misuse of the Site.

Shopping from our shop
Shoppy Nepal assure that, every items you buy from Our online Shop is very fresh and brand new in condition. You can return your purchased items if it is broken, damaged, and has scratches. Return within 2 days is acceptable. Once you ordered product and you want to cancel it, you can do it by calling our phone number or messaging by email or phone number.
Delivery / Payments / Billing
Shoppy nepal deliver and accept payment from users for any product or services listedon Shop. Shoppy Nepal doesn’t deliver items listed on listing for second hand product, we are not involved in buying or selling activities nor does it act as agent or middleman of buyer/seller. But we take care of our customer who buy product from our online shop.
All product/services are listed by Users (Sellers), who have posted information of their offerings. Sellers are themselves responsible to deliver, obtain payment and issue bill for their sales. Similarly Users making purchases (Buyers) are self responsible to verify goods / services before releasing any payments.
Users (Buyer or Seller) should take necessary measures and obtain appropriate documents related to dealings as they would in traditional offline transactions. Any contractual obligation regarding payment, delivery, terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated are solely between Users (Buyer & Seller), and Shoppy Nepal is not part of such contract in any manner.
